I just called and CIC confirmed that my application is mailed back in Feb due to CAP.

My application was received on 13th Nov.

Any idea how much time it will take in normal to reach packet back to india.

I am in the same boat as you are. similar time lines, but waiting for AOR / MER. strange tht u applied almost 2 weeks before me but u got ur PER later than me...please inbox me if u hear anything from other NDVO september applicants.

Hi guys.
My application was delivered to CIC on 12-Nov-14 and as per their PER email on 4-Feb-15, my draft was encashed on 21-Jan-15.
I received an email on 17-Feb-15 that my file has been transferred to Colombo visa office.

I am new to this forum. Can members advise me on what is the path forward? (i.e. what are the rest of the steps that will come going forward?)

My app is in processing. I'm 1st October applicant.... It takes a lot of time in snail mail to get it return....
