My file got returned today due to reaching the cap but how come my explanation letter says that I have indicated my experience for NOC1111. I, however, applied under NOC 2133 and I am a Dec. 29 applicant for CPC Ottawa. Any thoughts? I think I should call CIO to verify NOC.

App received date 1st Dec... Card charged on 26th Feb....

Dear DAC,

have you applied under 2133, how they rejected based on NOC 1111. Could you tell me have you made anything wrong in Application? I mean mentioned wrong code etc.

Please share..What about NOC 2133? Is it reached CAP?

There are few active November applicant who's fees are yet to be encased.... I am doubtful about 1st Dec applicant being charged before nov applicant.... I'll suggest try focus on EE and if something moves here well and good....

The new system which came in effect from 1st Jan 2015.
Just google express entry Canada in case you need info....

Dear Seniors,

Just now, I called CIC.. Got bad news that my application was returned on yesterday i.e. 10 March 2015. The reason was given by Agent is CAP filled....NOC 2133 and application received date 30 December 2014. I will post letter once I received it.

I spent lot of money but most important is time...With IELTS and two times appealed to WES.

However, final results got negative.

I believe this is not the end. God will have a special plans and I also applied NSP last January 2015.

I wish everyone to fulfill their dream. Thanks for your great support.

Nov 13 is the remaining "unknown status" to me. Last charge is Nov 12. Known app returned due to cap is Nov 14. Reported in this forum.
