Very weird, very good and maybe bad ,
this is what i saw in NOC4011 forum that is hot NOC even more than our NOC.

VERY UNUSUAL AND UNBELIEVABLE
my noc 4011 - i sent the application from india on 18th December and my DD got charged on Friday - i came to know this via my bank today [ saturday in India ],
this is very unusual and i cant believe it myself.
Anyone please explain this, my application for NOC 4011 was received at CIC only on 24 th december, i sent it from india on 18th December and my DD got charged on Friday.
This is the communication that I received from my bank ICICI Bank through Royal Bank of Canada today,

This good because we know NOC 4011 at 16DEC had around 820 apps in compare with ours that had 777,so it shows even December apps have a great chance.

This is weird,because he or she got charged after one month and more weird it was DD not CC.but i believe it as he is a hero member with lots of stars.

This can be bad because it shows there is no receiving time priority for apps.

Since it has been almost one week without any charge news for 2133....does it mean the cap reached??
I am really feeling nervous since my application was received on 21th Nov....

Btw, there is no news from Chinese forum as well...I will keep tracking the news and may share here later if I have any...

I really hope this is true that the cap has not reached. I am a NOV 21 applicator. However, since if the cap has reached recently, the package will be returned later.....I met the similiar problem for NOC2173 in August and I received my package two weeks later after they sent it.

when you applied for 2173, how long after your app rcv at cio was it returned?

I agree with zenger1229, if its capped..a lot of Nov and dec applicants should have received their returned apps by now.

My 2173 received on 08/22 was returned on 11/15 due to cap fill, and my friend in British Columnbia got the whole package back for me on 12/01.

Can you share your husband's info? I would assume his 2133 since you're posting here right?
When was his app received at CIO? You see its been a while since there's been any movement in our NOC.
So this is news to everybody that he got PER. Was he using a credit card? or Demand draft? and when was it charged?
