Not yet friend. I am still checking with my bank, no declined transactions and no returned packages in my PO BOX. When did u send ur application ?? Was your CC charged ??

For me, still no luck.
I sent my application on Oct 12. And it is received on Oct 16.
My case is quite similar to yours.

Latest PER date is for app received on 12th Sep
Latest CC Charge is for app received on 20th Sep
Latest DD encashed is for app received on 29th Sep

Bit strange latest CC charge reported is still for 20th Dec....

I have applied for noc 2133 in december i am not sure of my selection but I wanted to know about something ?
I selected toronto as the city I will immingrate if I got selected .Later I realised Other provinces were better so If I got selected and got PER then can I change my destination?

Caps is not filled for NOC 2133 as per update. Hopefully, If everting is okay, hope, you will get PER.

latest CAP update was Dec 19 with 777 total.

My app was rcvd Dec 31 so Im concerned with the CAP too, but there's no way to know...

The page is redirected to express entry page so no use of the link.CIC should make some announcement soon for how many noc categories the caps were filled till december hope so?

ECAS Details are:

1-We received your application for permanent residence on June 25, 2014.

2-We started processing your application on December 2, 2014.

3-Medical results have been received.

4-A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision
