I also applied in October and my application was received on Oct 6th by Donnie. My payment is through CC - NOC 2133 also. As per the ss, I should expect CC charge between Dec 10 and January 5, I also checked with my bank, there are no declined transactions. I think we just have to wait.. or check if Donnie messed up somewhere

If its FIFO, I might just be the last one to be processed... ;D but its OK so long as it gets approved in the end.

It took 5 days to be delivered by DHL. From Dec 19, received by 24th Dec. And there was no signed by.
