I am awaiting my evaluation report from WES. What are my chances under NOC 2133, if I manage to apply by 15 December?

I was applied for FSW2014,and I received my fil number .But in 2 years ago I was rejected due to band 214B for USA student visa,but in the Background chack form ,I did not mentioned this matter for the question: have you ever been refused admission or ordered to leave in Canada or any country?Huh I answered NO to this question.

I received my file number but I do not know this matter may cause to reject me from Canada immigration or not?
I do know I should email to them to report my mistake or not Huh?

Iam an August 18 applicant , noc 2133, DD mode....
I already had my UCI number because Am now in Canada as a visitor...
when i checked ECAS now , it shows that my application was received on 18 August....
that means that PER is on its way.... or sometimes my consultant in India may have got my PER mail....

mail should be with your consultant by now.

Its a 8 digit number written on the last line of visa ...
