is there any indications regarding the CAP of 2133? tell now it is 452.
according to this forum, who applied on 6 sep. just charged yesterday. this means that there are 3 months until now.
is this an indication that the CAP will close nearly? :

I have neither received any email from CIC nor my DD encashed yet, not received application package back.

Shouldn't be an issue....if your documents are in-line with the requirements you will make it within 1000.
