with all due respect, i think your question has already been answered here by Century:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2014-applicants-timeline-lets-network-here-t199004.15210.html

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The minimum requirement is completed Canadian secondary or post-secondary educational credential. As your one is completed secondary credential, you are eligible.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/eg7toc.asp#results

Minimum Education Requirement

You must have a completed Canadian secondary or post-secondary educational credential OR a completed foreign educational credential AND an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report issued by an organization designated by CIC if your educational credential was obtained outside Canada.

Dear Frns,
I am an Instrumentation and control engineer with 10 years of experience and I am planning to apply under NOC 2133. As I can see that my duties are not exactly matching with CIC requirement. what if I get the reference letter from my Company matching eaxctly with the requirement? Is it sufficient to get the points for experience and to qualify? Does CIC contact the company to verify my experience? Please comment. Need your expert opinion in this.
Thanks in advance

this is good Question!!! ;D ;D ;D

My straight forward answer would be, write what you do, for an I & C engineer, if the activities you are related with I & C, you do not have to worry. If you are doing somting non-engg, like procurement, supply chain, then it is different, you need to apply under that NOCs

Regards

has there been CC charges to NOC 2133 applicants?
please keep us posted here...

I am planning to attach a demand draft instead...

Arent the CC details are unsafe?

We need to mention full CC details....is it not prone to misuse?
What if CC deosnt work, when CIC tries to charge.

Why not attach a DD. Discuss with bank, get the DD, attach it with application.

What is wrong with DD?

CIC is reliable office, and its a government office.

No chance to be misused... CC is easier than DD, and u will get notification once charged...

I am waiting for any 2133 guys to get their money deducted,,, my application reached CIC office 3 days before... so i need to wait for a month to get a news..

Lets hope for the best

Regards

We will get info...from bank about DD clearance...
There is 0 chance of dd failure...
But CC can hv some issues while they try to charge....

Plus may be cc is expesive then dd...

Why not to attach a DD instead....
