I know this might have been asked a lot of times, but I just want to be sure before I fill out my brother's application.
So here's the story:
I am a PR already in Canada I m just helping out my brother who is currently in Saudi Arabia fill out the application kit. Im just confused, so I will fill out the use of a representative right so all the correspondence goes through me, but then, on IMM 0008, which visa office do i use for him? Riyadh, CIO or London? Im so confused! please advise seniors!
Another question, does his wife need IELTS too? Thanks so much!!!!

do not fill use of representative form, instead give your e-mail address as a address of corospondance as all corospondance are via mail in this process.

my brother is still to take ielts in July so would you recommend it if his wife take the test too? hes a manager so i think he needs a higher mark.

how much points he is getting without spouse IELTS (5points)
if he is getting @ 70-72 than no need of wife's IELTS (to be on safer side i consider 67+)
if he is at 67-70 than better to have spouse IELTS as if any mistake in point calculation though 67 banckhmark can be attain
