FSW 2013- what happens if u apply and cap is filled ?

Dear All

If I apply by July 2013 and cap is filled by the time they process my application then what will happen ?

1. Will the application automatically be carried forward for next year ?

2. Or will it be terminated and fee returned ?

They wont process your application if cap is filled before application reaches. In such case application fee i snot charged and the application package is returned. And no .... in such case it isn't carried forward to next year. You have to apply again.

mine was returned in 2011 due to CAP fill

mine tooo was returned in 2011. but this yer i have sent in end of may and the noc is 2174 not expecting much from this year as well

2011 the file was of my wife for insurance examinar

this time i send based upon me 2131 civil engg. file file reached there on 12th june

as you have everything ready nothing wrong to send application
but try to be quick send application at the earliest

I think you do have a good chance if your application makes it to CIO before end of July. So be quick and send your app as soon as possible. Best of luck.

My app reached CIC on June 10. the cap for 2174 got filled up in the second week of august.
now, will they refund my fee after checking my app and systematizing the data or must i go to bank and cancel my dd?

Wait if the application is out of cap they will send yout packet back and dd also
