FSW 2013 -- update for NOC 2147

Hi
I had submitted my application for the NOC 2147 about a month back.
But i havent yet received any information whether my application is accepted or not.
I found out yesterday that the caps have been filled.
Could any one help me whether CIC would email if the application has been accepted and complete, or should would they email only when the verification starts?

I think you'll receive your application package without any previous notification. Applications received till 4-5th of July could meet the cap.
