Is it true that some files have been transferred from SGVO TO MANILLA? Do anyone have any idea about that?

It could be, but it is good that Manila VO is faster process record from SGVO.
If they follow as CIC indication then it would be very good for BD applicants.

When I applied in CIC, I submitted POF BDT 15 lac and we were 3 at that time. Alhamdulillah, we are four now and I am sending all the papers for new born. Do I need to send the POF again as the previous fund is sufficient for 4 members (CAD 24,261) ?

P.S. - I have not received MR yet.

No you need not to send Updated POF docs this time.... . Previous one will suffice.... But if it's not too hard you can send it...

I applied in May 2013. Below are my status.

We started processing your application on December 23, 2014.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I have not received any MR request. Neither they have notified me their decisions yet. What should be my next step? Thanks.

You have only one option, you send your passport through VFS and it is the safest way. You just follow the instructions describe on your passport request mail. All the best.....

My FSW 2014 application in HKVO has got DM two days ago. But my FSW 2013 application in SGVO did not have any updates after MER. I will quit it after I get my passport. SGVO sucks.

I submitted POF 14,853CAD for 2 Family members. now have to submitted POF 18,260 CAD for 3 Family Members. Is that ok If i will show extra amount of 3407 CAD from my spouse FDs as POF for 3 person? is that ok as 1 CAD = 62.5942 BDT when calculating?

Yes it enough to show your 3 members POF as/more 18,260. POF can show more but can't show lower than declared in CIC website.

Yes Bhaiya, You can show your spouse bank FDs for POF. Also you can provide from your or your spouse's Bank Balance from any account(s) [six months statement required] / FDR / Bond or savings certificate / Shares etc which are easy convertible to currency are applicable for POF.
