Thanks buddy for the reply but as i am working here in singapore and if i select New Delhi visa office, then how easy would be the process when mine case is being handled there like if they ask for some documents or call for interview, do i need to travel along with my family there for interview and as someone mentioned over here that once we submit the passport for stamping, it takes 1.5 to 3 months, so how i will be able to travel without passort.

May be some questions might be wierd but just want these things to be cleared before finalizing anything.

Thanks in advance.

Hi vicksap,

If you can choose New Delhi visa office, I would recommend you to do so. You can see a lot of people apply FSW via New Delhi office can get visa very fast ( 1 to 1 and half year).

I have feeling that Canada Visa Officer like to choose India and grant FSW visa other than people from Bangladesh, Vietnam, Singapore (but not much Singaporean apply FSW) and Africa.

Tks, Thang

Hi sorry didn't really understood you here, do you mean that VO tend not to grant PR to Bangladeshi, Vietnamese and singaporeans? Can you elaborate why? I am a Singaporean, so am abit concerned cuz I heard they don't like to grant PR to singaporeans too, because of our inability to survive...

Asif Bhai,

Can you clarify below doubt regarding my work experience? Previously I worked in a firm from 10-Sep-12 to 25-July-14 and currently working in a firm from 29-July-14 to till. There is three days public holidays between two employment, if I count I'll complete 2 years on 10-Sep if not I've to wait for another couple of days (14-Sep). Whether I should submit application after 10 or 14 Sep?

Thanks in advance bro !

Cheers,
Naresh

Brother,

I will suggest u to apply on 14 Sep if two yrs point is mandatory for u....:)

Guys I received my GMCS report on 18-Aug but did not bother to update as there is nothing exciting.

Mine is not very different from others' reports. My file was last touched on 10-Apr-2014. Due date also exactly 1 yr after PER (11-Jul). I purposedly applied on 18-Jul-2014 but there was nothing new.

This is from CIC website. Every quarter they release statistics for each visa office.

On second thoughts I guess this may underestimate the number of cases done under MI3+. I guess how you calculated for MI3+ specially was to calculate the difference between this period's number vs. last period's. Pls correct me if I am wrong. If this is the case then these 370 cases also include new cases added during the period so 10 cases may be an underestimate.

For people who have received PER this is a great time saver to check the status of E-CAS with just one click. Saves your time. Worth giving a try.

??? This is rather saddening, I am a FSW2014 Applicant, some of the 2014 applicants received their VISA already! Now we are still; clearing backlogs? WTH? :'( :'( :'(

I just submitted my application, means if I get PER i still gotta wait 28 months or more? That's really discouraging. Any idea why the huge time difference. CPC are damn fast, like within 1 or 2 months, Manila VO already started issuing MR for 2014 applicants!

Is it true that none of the 2013 FSW applicants are processed yet? Could there be people who are processed and not active in this thread?
