my brother-in-law is going to apply for FSW14 ...

he did bachelor from canada, so he doesn't need educational credential...

and he gets over 67 points with his bachelor degree plus other qualifications ...

now, he also did masters form UK, but he doesn't need point for that

so, is it mandatory still, for him, to get masters docs to make credential from WES, as he doesnt need point for that?

if he submits his docs without masters WES credential then will CIC return the application without checking if his points sufficient with UK masters or not?

can anyone give any idea please? thanks.

"If you do not have a Canadian degree or diploma (in some cases, a “certificate”), you must get your foreign education verified and assessed to prove it is equal to a completed Canadian credential."

Please suggest me on followings

i. During my application i have sent my work experience letter using my Managers name. That letter was not properly issued from my manager. In that case what is the chance that my experience will be verified by my manager? Although i didnt do anything fake but just keep my application secrete from my manager for some official reasons.

ii. I have submitted my bank solvency above the required level (FDR) but due to some urgency, i already spend some money from my FDR and now i don't have required fund right now and cannot be replenish within few months. Do i get any chance to deposit required amount If they CIC verify?

I submitted my file inside Canada on 7 Dec 2012.Received the PER on 01Feb 2013 and after 1yrs My documents were sent to Singapore Visa office on 05 Feb 2014 .

What ever it is, please send the hard copies by courier on the below address....it is the best option...
