Now SVO is processing MI2 BD applicants, next may b MI3. better u wait n see who is next. I think they process files according to CIC instruction. Don't compare SVO to other VO like HKG VO n Don't be so hurry. Your turn ll come sure. Deva Avik probably from MI2 applicant was very active n helpful member of this forum. Due to his hurryness (He had sent inquary and FAX every week) after medical finally SVO sent him rejection letter with application fees. U, guys may b hide ur ID when make complain, but it can have a very bad impact on other BD applicants. Ok ur trying to settle in Canada but it is not all n do not harm others by ur silly mistakes. Anyway, Don't take it otherwise...

I don't think so, because one may have query about his file and it should not be harm to anyone if he likes to know about his file status from CIC. The termination of “Deva Avik” doesn’t represent the adverse effect of query. We should not provide any data unless we confirmed it.

Does any FSW2013 applicant from SGVO received MR request?

We are eagerly looking for that, but none of us still reported any MR.

I am totally disagree with u ...

First of all u are spreading panic with an information that has not been proved yet...

u were talking about Deva Avik ...I cant see anything about his refusal cause which mention -his 'hurryness ' led him to refusal.

Yes it was CIC's instuction that FSW13 files will be processed within one year...

Most of the Visa offices has followed that instruction rather dumb SGVO..

So its not a good idea to become always silent , that we are owe to them ...

Besides, we are not the only VO applicants who are informing/complaining about the delay...London and few other Visa offices has also done that...

And the thing is that, SGVO has replied alws positively on my queries:

Feb 8, 2014

The Singapore visa office has been allocated a large Federal Skilled Worker target in 2014 which will help us to put hundreds more cases into process. Each applicant will be contacted regarding the next steps as soon as their application has been reviewed by an officer.

April 1, 2014

The Singapore visa office is currently putting into process applications in the Federal Skilled Worker category which were received in 2013. As soon as an officer has completed the eligibility review of each application, the applicant will be contacted directly with instructions to complete the next steps in the process. Applicants are requested to wait to be contacted by our office.

This means atleast stupid SGVO knows---how stupid are they to process our files...

So actually that u are meaning that they will(may) ruin our applications....should not be valid...otherwise they would not replied such answers...

And I am expecting ur more footprints on all related thread regularly including this SGVO before posting a disastrous comment...:) which make ppls nervous...

Also requesting not to take all the above as personal and i believe u will understand the meaning ...

Good luck and pray for each other vaia... :)

Let the blessing from God fall on every of us...

Again Congrats Apuu...:)

Yes u will need to add her info...

U should send below docs:

You can notify by mail/CSE. But the best thing is to send the required forms directly ASAP(without waiting/ asking):

1. additional dependent form with
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Child Passport.

Finally courier to the following address :

IMMIGRATION SECTION
HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA
One George Street #11-01,
SINGAPORE 049145

Since she is a US citizen, she will not need VISA on her Passport. Singaore will issue a CoPR (confirmation of PR) against her PR application...:)

Anybody from SGVO have recently received GCMS notes?

Hi last night I went through some of the CIC website. From their my understanding of the process is,
1. application received at CIC
2. Eligibility review at CIC & send email to applicant <PER>
3. Application forwarde to VO. VO send email to applicant <AoR>
4. Initial review
5. Final review/Selection decision
6. Final decision...

i. please help me if my understanding is correct?
ii. when they send MR, i guess after selection deciaion?
iii. when they do all checks?
iv. Some applicants got doc request, which stage are they currently??

thanks & good luck

Hi, as you asked, none of SGVO applicants in this forum got to the stage of MR, probably all our cases awaiting Final Review after which MR should be issued to the eligible ones.

I've added you in the SGVO Sheet, but can you kindly also mention (post in this thread) your NOC, your Nationality and AOR date in case you got one from SGVO?

You can see a Read-Only copy of the sheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtIhqS1ymhMRdFNYaDg3SlhyQWlRd1RvbFp3UVFYU0E&usp=drive_web&richtext=true#gid=0

my brother-in-law is going to apply for FSW14 ...

he did bachelor from canada, so he doesn't need educational credential...

and he gets over 67 points with his bachelor degree plus other qualifications ...

now, he also did masters form UK, but he doesn't need point for that

so, is it mandatory still, for him, to get masters docs to make credential from WES, as he doesnt need point for that?

if he submits his docs without masters WES credential then will CIC return the application without checking if his points sufficient with UK masters or not?

can anyone give any idea please? thanks.
