Dear MR holder, I didnt receive individual MR request mail from....Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca>".

Just MR request with additional doc + Net worth statement.....2 attachment from SPOREIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca.

Can I expect individual MR form from Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca tomorrow??

yes, they did, RPRF, PCC and also passport once these docs are collected.

Does this req include any other docs like RPRF/PCC?

About S$280 bro..go to the website and look for the names of the 3 doctors (Mark Lu, Eunice, Mohamed Faizal) and call to book a slot with them..as these doctors also handle check-ups for immigration to other countries you need to be fast - they are pretty busy.

Yes they do do e-Medical. Appear for the check pay the money and rest assured they will handle the rest

Wow! 2013 still going on.... My application date is Jul 11 2014. Some people already landed in Canada this year after applying in May. Singapore VO seems to be on slow track. I do not think my PR will come before Dec 2015 if that is the case :-\ :-X :'(
