FSW 2013.. Possibility

Hi,

Starting this thread to discuss how much is the possibility of getting Visa under FSW 213 If we met all eligibility requirement
Like Work ex in NOC list, IELTS more than 6 etc.
If we meet all the necessary eligibility requirement and submit our application before cap gets closed, Can they still rejects our application?
If yes, On what grounds?

They could refuse based on the results of the medical, background and security checks.

So can they also select applications based on the experience, education etc.?

For example:- If for NOC 1234 there is CAP of 500 applications. I submitted mine well in time but my friend has submitted after first 500 application received but he has got better education, work experience than mine,

Can they consider my friends application instead of mine as i am having lesser education/work ex compare to my friend?

Not likely based on previous years. But, you never know what CIC will pull out of their hat!

No. If your friend's application is received after the cap is reached it will be returned unprocessed. CIC won't even look at it.
