You need to show fund required for initial settlement there, I havent heard case anyone denied for the same.

with the grace of God finally i got my PR visa on 11 th feb 2014.

stamping date is 3 rd feb and expiry date is 15 th dec 2014.

Thank you all for ur help and guidance throughout the process of application.
Many thanks to the admins who r really doing very good job by keeping the us updated with the spredsheet.

Yes........ Reduced funds from the date of initial application will pose a problem
........,, they treat it as inconsistency...

good news from my side. I almost received MR. I received following text in mail Request Letter attached. Waiting for another email for Medical Instructions...

Medical forms and instructions are being emailed to you separately. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY HAVE RECENTLY BEEN UPDATED...

I have quick couple of questions. Seniors please advice.

Q1. As part of the mail, I was asked to send PCC also. But I already submitted/sent PCC two times.

a.I taken PCC on 30th Aug 2013 and posted attested copies of them in the month of October by postal mail to NDVO.
I did not received acknowledgement after that.
b. I sent as attachment to Case Specific Query


My question is can I send the same PCC which I taken on 30th Aug 2013. Because almost its getting closer to 6 months and may expire or Do i need to apply for PCC again and get new PCC?


Q2. Generally how much time it takes to get Detailed Medical Instructions mail?

I wish all the best for guys who are waiting for MR.
