Hi Amit,

My name is rajan verma. I have applied For PR under NOC 2132. My consultant has sent file to Nova Scotia on 27-Aug-13. How will i get Update regarding my case whether file received or not.if file is received what is the current status of my case. i have also approached bank to check if DD is cashed or not but till date its not cashed Kindly help

U have to wait for 3-4 weeks since CIC is currently checking files of July 3rd to 4th week.
Keep a watch on CAP update also.
Share ur details to updated spreadsheet.

see there was one applicant xbox who share earlier that he got mr form CPPO, now the same is no where in update
again about thecarbondioxide we can not conclude as no one know MR request is on the way.

hey folks,

I am finishin up my application for FSW 2013 under the Aerospace Engg. category. I wanted to ask you guys a few things that I am having trouble with. Since, you guys have already received AORs, you all might know of a proven solution:

1. I have lost my birth certificate but I do have my 10/12th CSBE certificates which mention my parents and DOB. Would that be enough instead of a birth certificate? Should i also include an affidavit etc.?

2. Is it possible to change you VO after filling the application for FSW?

Thanks a bunch in advance to help me with these ques.

10th certificate is enough if it includes ur DOB & both parents name. (i did d same and got PER)

No, u can not change ur VO after filling application.

Because 2nd column is with higher no seems confusing and change karde yaar kyun naraz kar rahe ho.

Otherwise we will get lot of queries to get the understanding or clarity.

Yes dear, I also think so. CIC is not that much careless to escape such a vital step of immigration process.

I don't know, why people are reporting such a peculiar kind of cases here.

Mr. thecarbondioxide has not shared his complete letter received from NDVO despite of many request from forum members.
It also has given room to doubt his case.

Don't know what is the fact, but I am just putting my feeling, not intended to doubt on anybody's integrity.

see it is discussed at many time in the forum this is public forum so we cant assertain all the details are 100% truth.
we need to judge about the statement of others and conclude, everything is depends upon individual's judgement with available information here.

btw enjoy waiting and wait for first MR for FSW2013 applicants (I suppose in mid of nov we will have it)

My application has been received on 13th June 2013, under category 2263, Health & Safety Inspector.

i got my application number from CIC on 29th September

after that i got mail from visa office about receivg of my application at visa office on 23rd october.

What is the next step
