But as per the link they say there are changes in the FSWP 2013 process...For example the Background checks. The Link says that all the screening is already done at the CIC level and then you get the PER. Is that correct?

guys can anyone expert plz reply to my query...in my online status (ecas)...some correction is there in my address...i mean they typed spell wrong..(i mean left side actuall correct word...but they typed eft side..L is missing)..for whom i had to mail this correction...to this id is ok delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca..becoz i got aor also..so i had to inform to this email id...

But they skip us maina.. Issuing AOR of may 31st and June...... Where d heck our files..

i know this is surprising coz how can NDVO miss the numbers in between.. but then we have a hope that probably in first 15 days of oct we may get to hear the gd news.. else may b NDVO planning to surprise us wid MR directly.. lol
