Hello mates, i need to ask about change in my employment. 20 days ago i have switched to a new organization and havent contacted LVO yet. However, i will contact them shortly.

My new employer will not be ready to issue me a reference letter. The only document i can send to lvo is my business card and my ceo business card along with offer letter.

Input needed.

Can anyone tell me if how important is Blood Pressure in the medical. I have a high BP 150/100 but the last reading was 140/90 so i am wondering if it will affect our application. Please enlighten me. I declared there that i have my maintenance.

B.P is of no importance, dont worry. They only have concerns on contagious diseases / high risk diseases like Cancer, T.B, Polio, AIDS, etc. (May Allah Save us from these diseases)

Passport back with visa Issued.....on the 13-March-2015.....
Congrats!

For your information

PER: January 08th
Second line March 27th
Medicals requested on March 30th
Medicals done on April 03rd 2015

Medicals were done this way:
Doctor took our photos with his camera and uploaded them on the computer. My spouse, my 6 year daughter and my 1 year son.
Doctor asks me and my spouse questions about our health, any surgery done, any health problems, any TB history etc... Our answers NO
Nurse took our weight and height
Doctor checked our bodies looking for any surgery scars on the body... Blood pressure etc
Vision test then done for me, my spouse and my daughter
Then the doctor asked us to do chest checkup for TB, blood test and urine test for syphilis and HIV . Except my son who did not do these tests.
The results were sent back by the laboratories to the doctor in the afternoon. The doctor said all was fine and submitted the results to Canada embassy online.

Total fees about USD 450.
We took with us our passports
We took with us our children vaccination history
We took with us the MR forms

UPDATE: PP REQUEST

I am FSW applicant residing in Pakistan. LVO being my visa office. Yesterday I was asked to submit passports to Canada Visa Office, Islamabad but specifically directed me to use vfsglobal. So today I submitted my passports via Gerry's in Lahore. Has anyone else done so?
The guy there told me the visas should be stamped in 2 wks but was surprised to hear I was an FSW applicant as they usually get other types of applicants.

Actually my first medical was done in sept, delayed intentionally but completed in feburary because of addition of newborn to our family.

I reckon this is probably a new system to speed up the process.
Congratulations!

Thanks luqi for your reply.

hello!

Just want to ask what is the best way to bring your POF during landing?

Example: If i bring the POF using DD (around 10K cad) and some cash(5K cad), do i have to declare it in the airport?

Thanks!
