My dear forum mates,

I am super happy and excited to inform you guys that 4th line has been added on my Ecas Status and ITS DECISION MADE ;D
I also received email requesting passports on 12th December. I was travelling to Shirdi and had horrible internet connection so could not inform you guys of this news earlier. I am very THANKFUL to this forum, you guys have been more than helpful through the application process and the long uncertain wait. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH, I prayed for you guys at Shirdi Sai Temple and at Shridhi Vinayak Temple. All the best to you all.

I will be sending my passports for stamping next week and hoping to fly in March 2015.

My status Updated to DM on 12 December
Yesterday I sent my passport to New Delhi Through VFS
I am very thankful to all the forum members in helping me out through the entire process

I applied in 2173 NOC which reached on 16th October. By the tracking sheet on google docs, the estimate for charging is this week, but the CAP filling estimate is august. Am I reading it wrong? can someone point to any post which explains how to read/use the Global tracking sheet?

Hi Guys,

Again its a bad news for me. I got reject as a FSW Applicant in August 2014, I filed an appeal in the federal court they also refused my case.

WTF they are doing, all my docs were genuine nothing was fake, but still they refused me.....they are not seeing that i am a genuine applicant.....

Please suggest is there any chance left for me, can i do something now,,or race is over for me.....that i have to stay inadmissible for 2 years.............,NDVO sucks..........

Please suggest guys.

One of the most complicated timelines of FSW 2013 ends here..


-10/6/13 application sent under 3142 (Physiotherapist).

-24/10/13 AOR.

-29/11/13 Marriage photos requested by NDVO.

-07/02/14 processing started (2nd line in Ecas).

-12/02/14 U.K. PCC requested by NDVO.

-08/05/14 GCMS received. It says My medical was generated on 29/11/13 but that email was not delivered to me due to some system error from NDVO (My Visa Officer was not aware of this).

-10/06/14 received email from NDVO to attend CIIP session (no MR yet).

After all this mess up I decided to call up Apollo Hospital Ahmedabad to know whether they have received my medical forms or not. So based on IME nmbr given in my GCMS, the hospital confirmed that they have received my medical forms on 29/11/13 itself. Apollo Hospital asked me to book an appointment for medical check up as early as possible.

So I took a risk and finished medical for me and my spouse on 27th June'14.

I wrote a covering letter to my Visa officer and submitted Medical receipt, RPRF, updated Indian PCCs, Photocopy of U.K. PCC and photocopies of passports on 9th July'14.

-08/07/14 Third line updated in Ecas.

-12/07/14 RPRF encashed.

-17/07/14 Got an email from NDVO.
"We are in receipt of your medical results, RPRF & uk pcc. Note that your application is at final stage of processing. You will be advised once the final decision will be taken by the reviewing Officer."

-18/12/14 Decision Made in Ecas.

-19/12/14 PPR email received from NDVO. ;D


So finally going to submit my Passports on this Monday..

Wow, that's quite the timeline. Good going with requesting GCMS notes and then taking action upon seeing there was a problem. You deserve your visa after all of that . Congrats and +1.

I am sorry to intrude in this forum but I need argent help please:

I got PPR from Warsaw visa office few days ago and I am going to submit passports for PR visa stamping today or tomorrow:
In the PPR email, they said:

"" . Please complete the information requested on the Passport Submission Form below.""

BUT|, there was no form to fill in the email, not attached and not in the body of the email.

If anyone has that form or knows where I can find it, please HELP ASAP.
