Hi All,

There a total of 11 forms listed for Federal Skilled Worker Visa Program. I am applying for permanent residence under FSWP 2014. I am single and live with my parents. My parents are financially dependant. I have never lived in any other country except my country of residence for more than a month. I am not using a representative for my visa application. In my opinion I need to fill out the following forms:

1. Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) (PDF, 536 KB)
2. Schedule A: Background / Declaration (IMM 5669) (PDF, 286 KB)
3. Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker (IMM 0008 – Schedule 3) (PDF, 191 KB)
4. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) (PDF, 79 KB)
5. Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence (IMM 5620) (PDF, 27 KB)
6. Document Checklist – Centralized Intake Office (IMM 5612) (PDF, 233 KB)

and don't require to fill out the following:

1. Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) (PDF, 472 KB)
2. Supplementary Information – Your travels (IMM 5562) (PDF, 21 KB)
3. Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada (IMM 5604) (PDF, 21 KB)
4. Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409) (PDF, 19 KB)
5. Use of a Representative (IMM 5476), if applicable. (PDF, 55 KB)

Am I correct? Please guide me. Thanks.

I have also done the same, but would wait for some senior to validate.
I have also attached a "Possible Queries" printout, in which I have tried to answer such type of queries from Visa officer instead of them making guesses.

You must fill the supplementary travel form as this is compulsory
whether you have ever travelled or not out of your country.
Just write N/A in all the given space.
All the best.

My application was delivered on 22nd Oct against NOC 2173.

I have few queries :-

a) I have read on this channel, that applications would be capped for this NOC for 2173 by 17th Oct. Based on which information, it has been predicted?
b) Although as per the CIC's "complete application" link, only 425 applications has been received till 3rd Oct. Within approx how many days after receiving, does CIC counts the application in this link ?
c) CIC updates the 'complete application" link, every week right ? But it seems it was not updated last Friday (17th Oct)?
d) Above all, does my application stand a chance to be counted ?

can someone help with these queries please ?

Hi all,

I posted this before but no one replied :(

I have submitted my medical and police certificate on 18th of August. I have seen some people here who submitted theirs later than me and received their pass request. I have two questions: 1) did you receive it by Email or through post; 2) how long do you think it might take max ?

I would appreciate for any response,

Kind regards,
Farhad

I'am a 2014 applicant and I have paid by RPRF fee using online option. When I was browing this forum, I came across some comments saying that online payment of RPRF might not be valid for NDVO. This made be worry.

Pl comment on your experiences of paying RPRF for NDVO, and share your experiences. This will be highly aprreciated.

One more question Were you in India when you paid the RPRF fee?

Hope you are doing good in Canada, such a nice place. I lived there for few years, before coming back to India.
