my application reached in march.. got per & aor in april... second line in ecas i.e processing started in june 20... till now i havent got anything or heared from immigration.. in my aor mail from nvdo they clearly mentioned after 6 months u can email them.. can i email them n enquire abot my case?? please advice me as soon as poosible .. Thankyou

1. If getting PCC is getting delayed due to genuine reason then you can ask for extension providing proof that you already applied to get PCC.
2. You can pay RPRF online via credit card now.

HI, I have applied under 2243 as well, seems like they are giving preferences to other NOCs above 2243. my ecas status has been ''in process'' since april 22. i have raised a cse yet.

Need your view on my situation please. Have posted before too but did not get a response. I was in US last year for 10 months on H1B but the stay wasnt continous for 6 months. Was in US for 5 months and then went to Canada for two weeks. Was back to US for another 5 months and finally back to India. Will i need US PCC in this case?? Have raised a CSE with NDVO already but not sure when will they reply. Have checked with seniors from 2014 thread and they say i will not require US PCC. I am done withe medicals and RPRF fees but holding on to know about US PCC and then send NDVO my docs. Has anyone in this forum been in a similar situation or have an idea? Please guide.

Its DM , submitted PP on 28th to Riyadh VO. Today my ECAS changed to Decision Made. Hope to get my PP soon.

You have to send PCC from US only if you have stayed there for more than 6 months. If its less then no need to send.

Need Urgent Help!!
I have applied for FSW 2014 for NOC 2173 and my application was received on 7th May
but I got refusal mail from CIC stating that I got 66 points instead 67 because they have not considered my spouse IELTS score because she only hadn't match CLB benchmark 4....
Now tomorrow my spouse have IELTS exam and after having its result we can apply again and our CAPS is 392 right now

1) suggest If we can make it out this time into CAP ??
2) Our IELTS and WES originals are with CIC only so what can we do for that in second file?
3) In FSW 2013 anyone had this problem and applied again and got into CAP after applying second time ??

2) Our IELTS and WES originals are with CIC only so what can we do for that in second file?Just write a covering letter stating your UCI #,include your rejection letter and inform them that they have your original WES & IELTS reports.
3) In FSW 2013 anyone had this problem and applied again and got into CAP after applying second time ??People have experienced this a lot even on this forum.
