Hello 2013 Applicants:

Could someone guide me on passport stamping?

My visa office is NDVO; however I have now moved to USA. Is it possible to request passport stamping locally in USA? Or do I have to go to India?

Has anybody successfully got there passport stamped at the visa office other than their original visa office? If yes, how it can be done? And will it delay the process?

Thanks in advance.

You can request NDVO to allow you to stamp visa in local VO during the final stage but there is no guarantee that NDVO will accept your request.

Other thing you can do is to send your passport with your relative / friend to India during the final stage and tell them to courier it to NDVO from India.

You can also request NDVO to allow you to change your Visa office but such request are normally not granted.

Many congrats Bhaumic. Much deserved after your long wait. Seems NDVO has kickstarted the festival season with this good news for you. Best of luck for your future!

I have got the WES results and submitted all the documents for filing.

From the day your application reaches Sydney NS, you need to give at least 1 month for issue of PER and deduction of fee. Subsequently your file shall be transferred to local VO for further processing.

Go and relax please.
You will have to wait for at least 90-120 days before hearing from them.
Good luck

Dear Seniors ,

Today I received Medical , PCC and Right of Permanent Residence Fees payment request . Thanks for all suggestions from Seniors .

In their email they have specified that I need to submit all documents within 45 days , but in medical request form it is mentioned that medical should be done within 60 days .

Seniors pls suggest .

1, I have not yet started PCC procedure due to various reasons, So will i be able to get more time if by chance it is getting delayed .
2, Should i Pay the RPRFees now itself or I can wait till my PCC is completed .?

Suggestion to all - PROCEED with PCC immediately after PER to speed up ur application procedure

Congrats :)

1. If getting PCC is getting delayed due to genuine reason then you can ask for extension providing proof that you already applied to get PCC.
2. You can pay RPRF online via credit card now.
