SUPER WORRIED, UR UGENT HELP PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm Federal skilled worker applicant.. although I'm applying from outside Canada, my case is being processed at CPP-Ottawa. However, I got PPR for CPP-Ottawa & I was advised to send my passport accordingly. Although I'm outside North America, I have sent my passport to my friend in Canada & he forwarded my passport to CPP-Ottawa via Canada post, he bought TWO Canada Xpresspost post Envelopes-National & folded one inside the other (his address has been printed on the returning envelope) along with my passport & a copy of PPR.
Now the passport reached CPP-Ottawa. I'm super worried that CPP-Ottawa my refuse to return passport to the sender address as he is not the owner of the passport. is there is any problem with this?

Your urgent help & advice will be highly appreciated

I think they will return your passport to your address with their expense...

Hello Experts

I need your urgent suggestion plzzzzz.
I am going to apply for NOC "Industrial Instrumentation & Technician"
As i am working in same occupation.

Now question is
My Master's in Arts is from "Recognized Institute" but My "Diploma in Instrumentation & Technology" from Non recognized institute as per Education Credential Assessment.

But Assessment showing Canadian equivalency is Bachelors 4 years from recognized institute.

My NOC education is from Non Recognized. Will it create any problem?

Hey Guys...I landed on 18-Sep and here is my experience.

Landed at YYZ airport.
1. Passport Control Counter - The officer (not in a good mood I guess) checked my passport & stamped the declaration card.
2. Immigration Counter - The office checked my Passport, COPR and asked me to sign on couple of places on COPR. Took addr for PR cards and mentioned that it would take 1-2 months and till then I should carry COPR copy with me.
3. SIN CARD Application Counter - Got to know that this is a pilot project started couple of months back. Showed the COPR and Passport and got SIN at the Airport itself (saved my time for next day)
4. CBSA counter - Submitted the B4 and B4A form. The officer stamped the copies and handed back 1 copy to me.

Next Day:
1. Took Phone connection - FIDO prepaid (Expensive but good to start with)
2. Opened a TD Bank Account - They offered me New to Canada package. Comes with Unlimited checking account for 6 months.

It will not create any problem if your ECA mentions that you have four years bachelors..

In PPR email they mentioned that if you provide a return label with any courier other than Xpresspost shipping label or CanadaPost envelope, they shall return by regular post. In my case, I've provided CanadaPost envelope but the address belongs to my friend in Canada rather than me, coz I'm already living outside N. America

In my own case they only stated medical results have been received. They didnt state the date it was received and i dont know when DD will be encashed. If DD is enchashed, does this mean visa is issued? Just need some clarity about this.

Finally a good news for me and a positive sign for all forum members who are awaiting news from LVO..

I have got PPR1 today.

Wish you all a speedy process and that I get my PPR2 and visa soon..

It is always better to pay RPRF online rather than sending DD because it is time taking. However, if RPRF is encashed then it meansn you are most like through the process and soon you will get PPR. I would suggest you all to stay calm and wait. Spreadsheet is a better way to extract duration between medicals done and PPR received.

PPR1: It is the request of Passport scanned copy to be sent via email.

PPR2: Original passport request for visa stamping to be sent via courier.
