Hi friends,

Its bad news for me... Today i got my refusal letter from CHC and two years ban.

They think that i had mis-represented my Docs. But each and everything was 101% genuine. Just because of silly mistakes by my colleagues i lost everything today.

Regarding their concerns i had provided them more than enough docs which clearly shows that i was genuine. Even an un edcuated person can judge that i was genuine.........#####But Still#####.

Not a Fair Decision NVDO. Tough to accept.

Can anyone suggest if i make a appeal in Federal Court how much the cost of the Lawyer ( any approximations) or any one who faced this thing before.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

It seems like he is a FSW 2013 application and NDVO felt that he had misrepresented his experience documents and came for physical verification to his office, where some office employees gave incorrect information...

Sad to here, but this is really alarming... :-X So all new applicants for FSW 2014 make sure your reference letters hold good and inform all concerned parties at your employment that in future there could be verification checks.

So sorry gurpreet..I am just seeing this. You may want to appeal. I believe you could be re-considered.

His explanation is clear enough. His PER was cancelled after IA. This was because his work experience could not be verified or thought to be mis-represented. He can appeal especially since he told the truth. His appeal will PASS

Dear Admin,

Please update the excel sheet.

Medical results have been received by NDVO on 16th September 2014.

On request from NDVO regarding Medicals receipts, PCC, RPRF and Passport photocopies, I had sent it all but on CIC's website it only shows "Medical results have been received". I am worried because after submitting all this documents for myself and my wife, it only says about the medicals. Is it normal ?

And when can I expect original passport request?

Finally a good news for me and a positive sign for all forum members who are awaiting news from LVO..

I have got PPR1 today.

Wish you all a speedy process and that I get my PPR2 and visa soon..
