My timeline is as follow:
I hv applied under chemical engineer fsw 2013.
2) My file was receieve at cic on dec 20 ,2013
3) I received my first file no on March 26 2014.
4). I received my second file no on April 9 ,2014
5) My processing of file started on 23rd May 2014.
After tht no resp frm ndvo. No medical call. Status shown is in process.
Sholud i raise csq

I am trying to download the " Complete the Applicant Information Form" from FBI website as a part of Clearance

I could not download the form " Complete the Applicant Information Form"

Other forms regarding credit card payment form
and Identity History Summary Request Checklist was able to download.

Any one had this same problem

Hey When you click on application form, then you have to click on Request and you will be able to download the form.
Please PM me if you can't, i will forwarded you the form.

Raising a CSE will not get you a proper reply. But a CSE will surely highlight your file, as it is possible that it may be BFD'd.
Did you get a Background check.? if yes, then you wait a month more, you will surely get some movement based on how the BGC went. if no, then its better you order your GCMS notes. you will get a clear picture of your file, the reason why it is delayed.
But let me tell you, the delay you are facing is not abnormal. many applicants have waited for one year before they saw any movement in their file...

Friends one question related to timelines. I got Medical, PPR, RPRF and PCC request all at once during the month of April 2014. I was given time till May 31st 2014 to complete all formalities.

While I completed all formalities and submitted my passports, PCC and paid RPRF, my medicals were held up due to a scar in the lungs with the doctor wanted to be further investigated and re-medical (x-ray) done in 3 months.

Same is now complete and on 25th July 2014 and doctor has advised all clear and 3rd line got added to ECAS regarding medical completion on 25th July 2014.

Now the question is how much longer to wait in such cases for final decision from NDVO? My passport is already with the CHC since May 2014 and I may need the same anytime as I sometimes need to travel for work.

Anybody with similar experience please advise.

If you're in need of your PP, then you should contact NDVO and let them know regarding your travel, by providing the documentation, they may return your PP then, but since you're in RPRF stage its most likely they'll process till DM and will send u r PP.

I dont on what basis FBI will conclude finger print card results , as there is no field mention in the form on Passport number .
Currently I dont have SSN number as I stayed less than 6 months in US

You must have been fingerprinted when you first entered the US and you are always fingerprinted following an arrest. That's how they it is you. FBI identifies people based on fingerprints. They will use your fingerprints to find who you are really and your history/records.

If u have stayed less than 6 months .. U don't need Pcc from US

Just an update here.

I am now able to see my status on CIC online.

It says: ‘In Progress'.
Application was received May 13th 2014.
PER received via email on August 26th 2014.

Congrats .. Have u updated ur entry in fsw 2014 ss ?
