Hi guys, I am new to this forum ;D, i am planning for FSW and have gone through lot of information and guide over past few weeks. i still have some doubts which are not mentioned anywhere, it would be great if somebody helps me clear these doubts ;D.

1- I have worked from 10-07-2013 to 08-07-2014 - Will CIC consider it 1 full year or 1 day short of year and would reject my application?
if you have worked more number of hours then you can show them the number of hours, which may equate to one full year, your Dates would be still 1 day short for one full year.
2- Salary slips have to be last three months or any of the 3 months covering my 1 year period?
the latest one's would be much better
3-One of the agent said me I have to show supporting evidence of funds of 8,00,000 INR for 15 - 30 days max - can that be true?
you can refer on funds at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp you have to keep the funds all the time, CIC can ask for POF anytime.
4-I have just tax return history, by the HMRC, UK , Liverpool , of past employment and some P60's, can that be enough along with experience letter?
tax forms,experience letter would suffice as supporting docs, you should get your DUTIES letters which states your roles and responsibilities.
5-I have 2 job experience, 2nd company is giving me all details of job duties as per NOC 0911, but old company is not. My agent says i just need to show my job duties on latest experience. For old experience i just need to show title, hours of work, job title, duration, on letter head - is it true?
If you're not claiming points for it, then its not necessary, otherwise its better to get the duties either through HR or from your manager, to avoid any kind of risk.

Why NDVO is very slow in sending MR these days?

Who the hell says that NDVO is slow, they are overloaded. Look at number of people apply from India, almost 50% of total applicants.
Take example rallabandi, applied in April got MRR and RPRF in August i.e. in 4 months, what else you want NDVO to do... Salsa or Tango !!!

BTW why do you have more -1s than +1s. Some specific contribution from NDVO ..... LOL (kidding)

Hi guys, just some questions. Are all fsw 2013 applications are all being processed?particularly in noc 3212 coz the application was submitted April 1, 2013 and till now no response from Nova Scotia. ANC if the application was rejected it should be mailed back right now right?thanks

is it April 1 2013 or 2014?

FSW started on May 4 2013.

Mate last 3212 NOC reported charge was of 27 March applicant. Dats me & Parm. No one reprted later on. May be cap of 300 gt filed.

Congratulations buddy, CPC-O has started adopting the "Express Entry" modus operandi since may 2014. PPR for you and for 3 applicants for FSW 2014 already... Hope NDVO is catching up fast...

Yes i think they are processing.
I had LVO and recieved an update about starting processing of my application, whereas, I recieved PER about 6 months ago

I did not check my CIC app. status for a while but today i saw that I have second line added saying "We started processing your application on August 1st" but no MR email so far.

Ramgharia, do you also have second line added? Congrats Rallabandi on MR request, all the best with your further process.

Bhaumick, do I need to PM you to get on the whatsapp grp for NDVO?
