Hello friends,

Plz help me by giving your valuable suggestions regarding the following matters:

1. I have left my country and currently staying in Australia as a PR. Shall i have to inform CIC regarding this issue.

2. I also have left my job and in Australia I am looking for it. Should I need to inform it? If need, how? Will it affect my application for couple of months without job?

3. They asked me my Nikah Nama (Marriage Registry info) and said to submit by 60 days. What does it means by 60 days? 60 working days or 60 consecutive days?

I am planning to land in 2nd week of October for which I need to book my air ticket as soon as possible.
In my COPR proposed destination is TORONTO which is the same as what I mentioned during filing my application.
But now after a long survey I have decided to land in EDMONTON - ALBERTA.
Can I land directly to EDMONTON - ALBERTA. ? OR I have to land compulsory to to TORONTO ?

1. So far i know you have to. in your AOR letter they mention about this issue, i.e. change in permanent address

2. i dont think its that much necessary.

3. consider it as 2 months and act accordingly.

Yes you are eligible to apply if your points are 67 or more with one year experience.

With a bachelor degree in hand. Applying in HR Manager NOC. Doesn't it make less chances of getting PR ?

As I know, first you have to land Toronto and complete immigration formalities than you can move anywhere in to canada

Please clarify some of my doubts...
Could you tell me what is the cut off date that the visa applications will be accepted.?
Ans: There is no cut off date. Instead it depends on the number of applications accepted till date as Eligible for further processing. Currently they have got two thresholds; either the total cap of 25000 applications reach or individual cap of 1000 applications for each eligible NOC. Further details can be found here,

Where to find the info that how many applications have been received so far?

Can we apply ourselves or should required any consultant assistance ?
Ans: You can apply yourself. Consultant assistance is not mandatory, however, the decision of consulting an agent is on your discretion. But it won't affect your application on the whole anyway if your application is complete and comprises of proper documents needed whether you have apply yourself or use an agent.

Can I submit the IELTS results later ( may be after a month once i sent the applications)?
Ans: You MUST have to send your IELTS result with the application or your application will be sent back to you with the label "Incomplete". It is because they will asses your ELIGIBILITY on the basis of total points and if your IELTS is not present for evaluation then they will not able to evaluate your application.

I was just checking 2013 spread sheet.I am the record holder for the number of days between passport request and visa issued.173 days...whoooh....

Later i learnt that my spouse IELTS is academic one and same shall not be accepted , hence need to get general IELTS for her. I applied for that .Latest available date of exam is 6.09.14 . hence hv to wait for that too.

September 06?? Man that's too far away.. But the total number of applications required this year is 1000. So I think you will be able to make it.. Best of Luck mate

Hi Members.

I am new to this forum, i need some help.

Any one who had received email for clarification regarding the concerns of VISA office NVDO. After sending the clarification within how many days they will reply to us.

I had sent my clarifications letters in the month of May 2014, But till now no response.

I filed my application on 5 June 2013 and got confirmation letter in OCT 2013.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
