Similar to my previous post, RFV - which stands for Ready For Visa - is an important log by the IO w.r.t. a case where s/he finds it complete from his/her side... And notifies some other cell/dept./section to assess/act on the requested activities pending the forwarding this case file to PHEP Section (for PPR/visa issuance). This, usually, signifies that this case file is now finalized from the IO's desk.

NOTE:
1. Both, RFA & RFV may not only be marked for ECU... it could be for any other dept. as well.
2. ECU is specifically created to address the backlogs. IMHO they deep-scrutinize the files submitted to them with an intention to "eliminate" rather than "select" applications. This is a severe screening process... and I again opine that not all files go there... but why do some (go to them) is beyond me, or I do not want to comment on it.

Hi,

Experts, can you please let me know what are the prime areas to be read after receiving GCMS notes????
As per GCMS notes: Status is showing as: File pending for ECU-Officer Review.

Hi Forum mates,

Its very URGENT!!!! Please assist me with your advice....

I am planning to do our Medicals and just have some Questions.

I have high BP but it is very much under control with medicine, which I am taking from last one year.

I also had high uric acid which is now under prescribed limits.

And also had high LDL Cholesterol which is now under control and prescribed limits.

For all I am taking medicine, just want to know weather there would be any problem with above to my application?

Also, is it necessary to disclose above these at the time of our Medical to DMP or is it ok to hide as everything is under control?

If one has life threatening disease or any transmissible diseases it'll be a concern. other than that, its not a problem. Its always advisable to disclose your past medical history.

Good Luck !

Hi Everyone

I am little confused at the data pertaining to dates for Ramgarhia and Rohit Sharma 22.

Rohit sharma 22 filed on 15.11.2013 and his file is in process on 27.06.2014 whereas

Ramgarhia filed on 27.03.2014 and his processing date is 26.06.2014.

There is difference of more than 4 months in 2 application dates and difference of just 1 day in processing dates. Is it possible? Didnt NDVO process any application from period of this 4 months?

Can anyone help me understand?
