1.What are landing formalities we need to do? Do we need to show Proof of Money? if yes then its should be in INR or CAD? also do we need to maintain at least 6 month balance? Bank statement is required to show Proof of money?

You need to show POF. Please check a couple pages back on the forum, there are some very good posts (initially by sinestra and with some valuable replies) about this very topic :)

2. Since my Visa is till End of April 2015, i am clear that i have to enter to Canada before that, i am planning to go end of this year, can i come back immediately? or i have to wait till i get PR card in Canada?

From what I've read, people go in and go out, then have someone else mail them their PR cards via e.g. FedEx, or even deliver them in person outside Canada. I am not certain this process is very "kosher" (i.e. legit, intended), but I haven't read any explicit indications this is illegal or not allowed, and several people have reported doing it with no adverse reports that I've know of yet.

and if i come back, then next time do i need Visa or only PR Card should work to go and out of country?
As per CIC official documentations, once you have your PR card (whether by waiting for it to be delivered in Canada or by having it handed over by someone else) you only need that and your passport to get into the country. So you need to land within the visa validity period to complete landing and get the PR card, but once you have the PR card the visa is not needed anymore.

All the best!

Hi,

If CIC ask to submit POF without specifying statement or any other documents, can I submit only bank certification letter ?

Let me allow to explain my situation a bit longer.

I have deposited required amount(CAD18700) into my account recently without any interval because I thought,I couldn't make my turn into cap if I deposited huge amount by dividing at different time frames . That's why I just sent bank balance certificate. To peace my mind in this regard,I am now thinking to maintain my balance till I get further response from CIC but still I am confused whether I should make any transactions in the days ahead or should my balance be fixed?
Hope someone will write me on this to clarify

I have received an email from New Delhi Visa Office regarding the medical, Payment of RPRF and submission of Original PCC from India and UK. I have a few queries :
1. RPRF fees at New Delhi Canadian High Commission can be paid online via online link given in email, or it has to be paid in Indian currency i.e 26,700 per person. The conversion rates are around CAD$1 = INR 56 for today.
2. I did already posted the original PCC to High Commission on 30th May,2014 whereas I have recieved an email on friday June 27,2014 stating to submit the original PCC. Shall I sent them an email stating the proof of submission along with the copies of my PCC's for their records.
3. The Medical examination letter only states the name of the primary applicant, its not mentioned about spouse and kids medicals. Around 5 years back I was suffered with Jaundice, so do I have to tell the Doctor in medicals about Jaundice.

1. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx
2. RISE a CSI(CASE SPECIFIC INQUIRY) mentioning PCC ALREADY SENT IN SUBJECT LINE FOLLOWED BY YOUR UCI NO. keep it short and upto the point.
3. I think, it takes 48 hours if you don't receive it then contact them, suffering from jaundice won't make any -ve effect, share everything you have to at the migration clinic center .

Many Thanks for your help Mr. Hope.......
So that means the better way to pay is via Demand Draft in favour of Canadian High Commission or by credit card thru online.

Suggestions for which method is better and more reliable for paying RPRF:

>>Pay through credit card online and send the copy of payment slip with forms.

OR

>>Pay through Demand Draft of Rs. 26,700 in favour of Canadian High Commission, New Delhi.

we had applicants who mentioned, about the problems they had with credit cards.
I paid through DD and I always reckon that.

Procedure to obtain Police Clearance Certificate from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Documents Required:
• 3 Copies of Iqamah
• 3 Copies of Passport
• 3 Passport size photographs
• Original Passport
• Original Iqamah
• Print out of the email received from your VO asking you to submit Police Clearance Certificate from Saudi Arabia.

STEP I

Consulate of Canada
11th Floor Ali Reza Tower
Madinah Road,
Jeddah 21413

21°30'18.3"N 39°10'58.2"E

Working Hours in Ramadan: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon) Sun-Thurs
working Hours (normal days) : 08:00 – 15:30 Sun-Thurs

Take the print out of your email from your VO to Canadian Embassy. Ask them for the request letter for Police Certificate. It is ready by the counter. You just need to fill in your name, nationality and passport number. It's already stamped and signed. The service is free of charge. Estimated time: 5 minutes.

STEP II

Ministry of Foreign Affairs (وزارة الخارجية)
Al Madinah Al Munawarah Rd
Jeddah 22235
Saudi Arabia

21°29'34.5"N 39°11'13.9"E

Working Hours in Ramadan: 9:30 am -3:30 pm

Take this letter to Ministry of Foreign Affairs for attestation. If they inquire about the service you need, reply with “TASDEEQ” . Fee is SAR 30 per letter. Keep the money handy along with your original iqamah and copies of passport and iqamah. You need to take a number and wait for your turn. This might take 1-3 hours depending on the number of people.

Perfomance tip: If you have a wife, take her along. Send her in with the letters. Women do not need to queue up. She will get it done in 3-5 minutes. Do not take your mobile phones into the ministry. Leave them in your car or else you might lose 5-10 minutes extra waiting for depositing your phone with the security people.

STEP III

Police Headquarters –Mekkah Province (مركز شرطة منطقة مكة المكرمة)
Jeddah 22332
Saudi Arabia

21°28'29.1"N 39°12'01.6"E

Working Hours in Ramadan: 9:30 am -3:30 pm

Take the attested request letter to the Police Headquarters. You can drive in and park inside the premises. Ask for the finger printing section (Qasm al Basmah). It is an orange(ish) colored building 100 meters straight up from the entry gate. You can park right next to the building.
Again you need to take a number and wait for your turn. Your wife can walk in without a number. It may take 1-3 hours of wait for you. Your wife will be done with all the process in 15-20 minutes. Keep copies as well the original Iqamah and passport handy.
After you are done with the finger printing process, you will receive a receipt with a date of collection of your Police Cert. This is usually 10-12 days later.
The service is free of charge.

STEP IV

Collect the police certificate on the date specified. Get it translated into english from a licensed translator.

You are done!!! Send it to your VO. Good luck!
