No they told that they are not satisfied with JD and they think I have not worked here or not working here... And they have considered the statement of outsider who is not working with me but he was present at that time.

I got an email from the NY office asking for updated forms,FBI cert and explanation for y my student visa for Canada was rejectedand y I did not mention it earlier on.
What should I say is the reason I did not mention visa refusal earlier?

Make sincere apology to them ....

Tell them tht it was completely unintentional and was a mistake.....

Honestly,I filled out the app in a rush n overlooked the question.I did not mean to give a falso representation.

I can understand ----The ques is on the Schedule A background declaration form Ques 6. d)

Its a bit hazy ques....Several applicants did the same mistake...

Just make a cover letter and show ur max apology....
