Couple of Questions:

1. I do not have job offer in Canada, Can I still apply under professor and lecturer (4011) category with my PhD and teaching experience from US.
2. What documents I need to send to WES
3. Do I need ECA report only for PhD or I have to get ECA reports for my master's and bachelor's degrees too.

1. Yes. Category FSW1 does not require a job offer
2. You must send copy of your PhD title and have your university send a sealed transcript
3. It suffices to get the ECA for your highest degree

Problem is I took TOEFL without even looking if it is acceptable or not and I got score L 7.5, R 7.5, S 8, and W 9 equivalent to IELTS.
Now I guess I need to take IELTS.

Indeed, you'll need an IELTS.

Do you have a WES reference number? You'll need to provide it to the university so that WES can route the transcript to your case. Also, the WES site should have country-specific instructions that you may want to check regarding the country where you got your PhD degree (I'm guessing that's the US).

Hi Nurses and other experienced members,

I need your help in determining appropriate NOC as per below mentioned job description :

1) Taking care of ill patients in emergency department by assessing the nursing needs of the patients and providing care on priority.
2) Close monitoring of patient's vital signs and CPR.
3) Perform urinary catheterization,IV cannulation,naso-gastric tube insertion lavage,feeding and drawing blood for reading glucose meter.
4) Caring of patient's with endotracheal tube.
5) Administering oral ,IV,IM,subcutaneous and inhalation medication.
6) Recording and reporting patient's condition.
7) To do round with doctor when senior staff is absent.
8) To assist in emergency management ,care of equipment,use of linen and supply.
9) To assist emergency management during disaster.

Education equivalency in Canada = 2 yrs. diploma

Any help will be appreciated.

Please refer the NOC descriptions given by Canadian govt. If non of them is matching your profile , you can choose the most relevant one. Pl remember one thing. You have to get the experience certificate from your employer mentioning your job profile/ responsibilities on it. responsibilities mentioned on your exp. letter shall match with the list of responsibilities in NOC description.

GM Forum Member... Yesterday @ Ahmadabad there was BG check was for my case...my wife is Primary Applicant... one Indian Lady and one Foreigner came to her office around 3.00PM.. Before coming to office they have ask about her in entire area with Photo.. as it was industry area..ppl dont know each other...so her manager got call from industry area ppl so her manger got hit about BG check..so he was ready.. and he has inform to my wife as well...they ask about her duty... from how long she is working... they check my wife computer.. as she was @ client visit .. so they call 1st her number but number was not reachable so i got a call from them and ask .. can i speak to my wife name.. then i told she is @ office or might be @ client visit.. then she ask her number... i told the same number.. she called her again and ask about .. from how long she is working.. where is she ? how she travel ? where does she seat in office...
in this cross verification.. Her manger told some other client name and she told some other client name as her manager is totally Marketing guy.. and she is in Cost Accounting... they ask other office ppl about her... they got satisfied about employment but not satisfied about duty.. while going they were talking to each other look like its fraud case... they took -ve impression... once my wife reached office she called her again saying if thye want to come again for any questions.. she told ur inquire is over.. please don't call again...so i am really worry and in tense what to do ??

They are very strict and coming like detective and -ve mind set...i don't know why they are coming -ve mind set....

i talk to my consultant about enter case..my consultant told me don't worry.. this can happen...they can not prove as we have all the document if they ask any query... but still i am in tense.. please guys give your thoughts and what can be done next....

Don't worry they can do nothing, if they have any query, they are going to send an email, in which they give you the reason that why the verification gone negative.
After that they will give u a chance to provide some observations about their doubts.
It's not an big issue, don't worry, I had faced same situation.

Still in Process, but one of my friend had gone through same thing, he has got his VISA few days back. It just a noraml procedure, They just want to clear their doubts. Nothing Else.
