i can not fill the forms as i dont have new born passport.I can not make her passport as i don't have my original passports(submitted to NDVO on 29 Jan).As per passport office, parent's original passport are required to make passport of a new born baby.

in that case you should visit them personally if possible for you..and explain the situation to them

Was there any incident of past employer getting a visit or call?? Pls throw some light how past experience is verified as My points are claimed for a past role in a different company few years back, not the current one. Will they visit my current work place anyway even if my primary noc experience is not here?

I have been been in touch my old boss once every couple of months asking him if he got any call or email. Please enlighten me seniors.

Oh what a predicament!!
Vats is right in asking you to include your new born in the form, but in this scenario, I believe, you need to raise a CSE for getting your passports back citing the reason above.

AlertJack...nobody in FSW13 atleast mentioned background checks for past employement...Also for many it would be difficult to follow up past employers in case that has happened. I suggest you order GCMS notes.
