I Received AOR on 23-May,And Waiting for my 2nd line in e-CAS.
I had one question, my company address got changed 2 months before. Weather I need to update NDVO office to update
that my Office address got changed as a part of their process checks..?

Any comments please

I think it would be better to advise them. send documents showing change the address so that they can believe that your company shifted to another place.

We visited NDVO today n our file was finalised today only....our visa issue date is 09/06..

I received MR, RPRF, PCC and PPR request on 10th April.

In the email from NDVO, below line regarding PCC is mentioned

From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for yourself and your spouse from India.

Question I have is both myself and my spouse have stayed in different states in India since the age of 18. Do we need to provide PCC from all states as is requested in the mail OR a single PCC is required to complete the process.

Seniors please advise.

Need an urgent help.

I Got Medical request and Passport Request on 15th April, and latest date to submit it by June 4th. I have below queries,

1. i am currently in United states for my company work and expect to be here till October 2014, how should i do with submitting of my passport to NDVO? Can i send my passport to someone? ( my plan is to send my wife and daughter back to India with my passport and once stamp is done they will send it with some to me in USA? is it legal to send passport? and NDVO may ask question if my passport does not have the US exit stamp and India entry stamp?
2. Also is it possible to do medical test in USA and send it to NDVO?
3. Also since i am here for last 5 months and by may 16, it will be 6 months do i need to get PCC from USA, they did not ask about PCC as of now, and NDVO do not know i am in USA.
4. Can i ask NDVO to delay my file till October 2014, when i go back to India?

Kindly reply me on each above point.

Hello Seniors
I need expert advice and guidance
My FSWP 2014 application is ready for sending, might send it tomorrow.
However i have one small query:

Do we have to get the POF in the form of "Current Bank Balance Certificate" on the "bank letter head"?

Ive got a print out (fanfold) from the my bank, signed by the Manager of that bank showing my name, address,account number and balance.
But its a simple print out on a plain brown paper, not on banks letter head, Is this enough?

Please let me know if this will work.
