JOB description is mandatory, CIC evaluates the NOC experience only through the job duties which we brief them. so either provide them on the experience letter itself or make a job duties letter.
provide you references contact information clearly and this should be fine.

I'm a registered nurse. On the reference letter under the work experience category, is it really necessary to have a job description stated there? Because being an accident & emergency nurse I think is pretty clear cut. My reference letter was written by my head nurse 2 years ago and she's in another country already.

Hi.. My boss is not giving me exp. letter with list of my job description / responsibilities..... I submitted self declaration for my my job description / responsibilities. I also mentioned generic mail id of my previous supervisor on it . so that they can verify it if required. I do not know if its ok but i did it, because i was not having any other option.

Just i found that i missed to write my Name on Page 6 of 6 of Generic Application form on the box "CONSENT AND DECLARATION OF APPLICANT", pls suggest how critical is it:

I, (first name,last name)........................... on behalf of myself and all dependents included in this application, authorize citizenship...

However i've signed the form and properly dated as well.

yes but very rarely, once your CC/DD is charged your have 99% chances to get PER.

Thanks for your answer. I just dont have an idea if there is someone from 2013 applicants whove got CC charged but received NER...so big chances for us as 2014fsw applicants that once our payment taken by CIC we have big chance to get PER.

there could be different reasons, may be the officer didnt look at your file completely, and after CC/DD charge he note something missing, but this is just an assumption. Normally officers first do completeness check and then charge you.

Exactly, they check first before charging otherwise it doesnt make sense that charging you then review the docs, by doing that it is a double job and chaos in their end.
