Hi Rajbir,
I am from Hoshiarpur. I applied under NOC 2174 as yours. my application was received on 22 may 2013 and transferred to NDVO on 7th Oct 2013. then ECAS status updated to 'started processing' on 27th Feb 2014. but till now no MR. I saw your application dates which were almost same as mine intially. Did you sent them any email before you got MR or they sent you MR on their own.
I am asking this question to you because a considerable time has been passed now and still I haven't heard anything. I am confused now what should I do. Do I request for GCMS notes . I also sent them a reminder but they didn't reply to the email either.

I can understand your frustration. I am watching 2174 applicant.

but dont worry on this part,they are in some case replying and in some case not, Ideally we should send them CSE if they are out of given timeline,this is what I learn from forum members, At this time I would only say that you have to wait for this or may be next week. I am guessing you will get MR by this week or next week. few MAY applicant are left now and they will release MR before end of june. again this is my assumption.

hope you get mr soon, this is really frustrating process for all. salute to all who are hanging with tons of tensions.

Its too early for you to know that how much it will take. You ll find members on the forum who filwd applications years ago.

There are so many 2013 applicants who received AOR IN 2013 and Jan -Apr 2014, but havent received the MR yet. So u need to wait another 2 months, u will get it.

Thanks Aimer, I can go to passport office now. However, in e-form it takes todays date and date of birth of the new born is also entered and then it is giving me an error" DATE OF BIRTH CANNOT BE EARLIER THAN THE RESIDING DATE" as I am entering 1 Month ?

Hi Catalyst, you do not need to take appointment for your child. there is rule that minor ,physically challenge and senior citizen do not need to take appointment for psk, they have to just walk in at any time.

you can select 1 month in residing since as we do not have any option. there wont any problem in showing 1 month.

i am in same place as u. NOC code 3212, Process stated 26th Jan but no MR yet.
wait. they might mention time 10 months in email. New Delhi office takes 10 months.

I am new in this forum.

I applied for FSWP Under 2145. My status is as follows:

1- We received your application on December 30th, 2013.
2- We started processing your application on May 15th, 2014.

I have received an email from CIO Sydney, NS on 22nd Feb 2014 stating that my documents has been received and they gave me my file number etc. Now my file is in CHC-London. Yesterday i got an email from CHC about requirement of some additional documents like Passport copies, National ID card copies, Marriage certificate and birth certificates along with the police clearance certificates.

I will send these documents as soon as possible. My question is, staring from this day how long it will take to receive my medical request? or what will be the next step in my case? is there anyone else in the same stage as mine?

If I obtain my PCC now and I do not receive an email from CPC-O within 3 months to send them PCC along with any other documents, will I have to apply a new PCC at that time. Or my current PCC (may be issued in next 2 weeks) will be valid to be sent to CIC.

don't wait for their mail...you can always send it anytime..any document you want to add to your file after AOR, that is once your file gets transferred to your visa office

If you have PCC and your entire file ready then send it to CIC, In future they may or may not ask for pcc, in most of the case they have ask for pcc though candidate has sent it.

If your PCC will be issue in coming two week then dont wait for PCC , first try to send your file first, secure your place in cap and in future send your PCC once they(local vo) request PCC.

Ideally if your pcc is issued in last three month then only you can send them.otherwise you have to issue it again. Hope this is fine.

Hi... all..... Im new to this form ......I have also applied under FSW=13 program and my application delivered to Canada on 15-04-14... Til now there is no update.... can anybody tell me ,how to get the updated status..
