I've got my GCMS notes...
will take some time out tomorrow and go through it atleast twice to understand it.
PROCESSING STARTED ON 21st FEBRUARY 2014. Still no MR :-[ :-\ :-[

my processing started on 24 feb..they asked me to submit pcc on 1st may but they have not sent MR.ppr and other forms...I submitted my pcc on 5 march and have not got any response.is it better to ask for GCMS notes..will u plz elaborate wt is this

1.Open www.visafile.info
2.Place order for $25 using paypal or credit card
3.Choose application type,fill all applicatns name, DOB and CIC file number
4.You will have a consent form which is pre filled with you and your spouse name
5.Print the consent form, you and your spouse sign it and scan it.
6.Reply to the email that had the consent form attaching the signed forms scanned.

Done!
You will get a confirmation in 24 hrs that the request has been forwarded to CIC.


By GCMS note you will able to know at what stage your file is and what assessment visa officer done

I just went through my GCMS notes which i received yesterday...

1st Observation: There is nothing against SECURITY(there is no : as well. It seems to be wiped off), HIRV & MISREPRESENTATION.

ASSESSMENTS Eligibility: Passed
Security
HIRV:
Criminality: Not Started
Org Crime: Medical: Not Started
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Not Started Final:

2nd Observation: Found the below comment which was updated on 21/02/201 03:15:23(Thats exactly the date when my PROCESSING started)

ECU — Pls request the following docs: 1. Work Experience/Relieving letter. 2. Job Description letter. 3. Last 3 months Salary slips. 4. Last 3 years FORM-16. THEN...(it seems approx 8-10 lines have been wiped off)

3rd Observation and strange indeed: On 4th March the below comment was updated. I received only additional DOC request not the medical one. Also, i have never been to saudi.
I think this might be NDVO's mistake in updating the notes.

Document Request Letter sent by email asking for Medicals, RPRF, Indian PCC , Saudi PCC and Passports within 45 days. Copy of email on file. From: DELHI (IMMIGRATION) Sent: March-04-14 1:28 PM To: ******* Subject: Application: *********** Importance: High File sent to AFU

criminality not started because you have not provided PCC.
security they will start after criminality passed and medical started or Passed. its my thinking may be i am wrong.

Have you checked incoming and outgoing requests section in the notes?

May be NDVO's mistake that they asked for Saudi PCC. but on the other hand they have found regarding your travel history somewhere in the database. now you can send registered post to them with the copy of the notes that is last pages of GCMS, also send PPR, RPRF and PCC as well. might be they will consider it and starts further processing and stamp your passports.

So guys, I got the stamped passports with COPRs back on May 31 (through VFS). I got transcripts, photos etc. back. But no WES or IELTS reports though.

What a coincidence; it was May 31 of the last year (2013) when we couriered our application parcel to CIC. 8)

It usually takes a week time. I got DM on 23rd May (the date on visa stamp) & received my passport on 31st May.

Congrats for your visa.it's good that you have enough time to land in Canada.

I think it's a mistake from NDVO. The MR part in GCMS notes is with date and time which exactly matches with the date and time of the mail which I received for additional documents. Maybe the agent must have copy-pasted some1 else's notes into my file data...But still I will raise a CSE and also send them an email.

if agent pasted wrong info than in incoming and outgoing section there are details of which documents they have sent to you, when,where to whom etc.

you have ordered gcms through friend, relative or third party. if friend, relative than they have wiped off so many details due to law that they can not give some confidential data to any one.

Hello forum members...

I have gone through this thread...I too want to share my situation here..my ecas status uodated on 27 the of Feb 2014 that they have started processing my case but till now I hvant heard anything about MR. I already submitted my PCC in January 2014. I applied under FSWC 2013 under 2174 jib code..
I am very tensed now...it has been more than 3 months now but no communication from NDVO. Could you please suggest me what should I do at the moment....thank you...
