Does anybody know about the similar industry in Canada?
How much scope is there ?

2) what it changes in status when Ecas updates?

Guys u all are champ here ,

I have asked and searched many times..But getting confused every time

I have family of 3. Almost need 18k CAD for application .

1. Have almost 15K in Bank but has got EMI for my home going monthly (800k CAD ) 40000 INR
2. My house price is almost 90K (CAD) but has loan of 80k(CAD)
3. I have PF of 6K (CAD)

Conclusion is So overall I have money to show as settelment funds without showing my home as asset but if they will ask statement, it will show EMI. Hence they can consider it as liability. My Question is whether i should show property or leave it ..As they need only bank certificate not statement but risk is what if they ask in future.

n if I show property as asset my funds will be more ..Will it strengthen the appl/

Dear Experts,

My application was received by CIO on 23rd of April. My NOC category is 2145. I have seen number of people who submitted application after me have received their PER. i could identify following mistake in my submission - Submission of old Geenric Application for which was updated sometime in March. I am also regularly checking my junk/spam folder to make sure that I dont miss any emails from CIO. Should I contact them by dropping an email/calling. If yes what is the contact details and what information need to be provided in case of email.

If application is missing any details will they inform by sending an email or they will send back the complete application?? I am residing in Kuwait where I have not received some document sent through registered post so I am equally concerned that if they send through post, I may miss documents (which contain original PCC, IELTS, WES certification etc.)

Please guide.

Hi

It took 11 months until I had my medical requested. Be patient they have a lot of paperwork to go through.

I don't know but I feel my file is moving extra slow. More than 6 months since i received acknowledgement of file, still no sign of job verification or Medicals. Wait is killing !!! :'( :-X

Make it Simple Math:

A. Your current balance in your savings account-> CAD $ X
B. You liabilities (INR 80K)-> CAD $ Y
C. Net Worth (Settlement Funds) -> CAD $ N = CAD $ X - CAD $ Y

So, for 3x persons, If I am not wrong, the CAD $ N >= CAD $ 18,097

You need to submit 3 months bank transactions at least.
So, even if CIC get to know if you have liabilities, as long as you have CAD $ N is above CAD $ 18K,
You will not have any problem. But, make sure, that you have CAD $ N amount atleast for 1 year, in case there is any BG check during VO processing.

Fellas, So my situation has gotten weird but it seems better than earlier this week. People here who have either received a Negative assessment or have applied for FSW 2013 more than once might be able to provide me some input.

So, my first application (NOC 2146) was received by CIC on Jan 27, 2014 which was returned on Feb 25, 2014. I sent another application fixing issues cause of which my application was returned and the second application was received on April 29th. Credit card charged on May 9th but no PER yet (17 May 2014). Considering how most folks who applied in late April received PER earlier this week, I have been a bit speculative on why I have not received a PER yet.

Today however, although no PER email, my ECAS status finally showed up stating "In Process" and that "My application was received on Jan 27th". This is really confusing me cause that is when my first application was received. I am confused on if this is normal and does the ECAS update prior to PER. I have been told that at times CIC has forgotten to send the PER email.

I would highly appreciate an input on this. Thanks a ton
