After exactly one month of my telephonic interview they called me for personal interview I am very stressed at the moment please help me out any body gone through this stage

I have a very important issue now.
On April 16th, 2014, Warsaw Visa Office requested some updated documents from me. I sent them on April 27th. By the way I am from Turkey.

As I checked on Polish Post Office website with my post's tracking number, my post has not been delivered yet, which should have already been. There is something wrong with my post. I call Polish Post Office, but it is ridiculous. No one speaks English, so I can not speak to someone. This is unbelievable in the year of 2014. No customer service in English!
So, my request is, if there are Polish members in this forum, can they help me with my post, if I give them my tracking number. You will just call the post office and ask my post with the tracking number. If it is lost, I should know. Because 2 months deadline for the updated documents is ending.

I emailed them, to 3 different email addresses. I called them many times, no English picker.

I am fsw 2014 NOC category applicant. I am in a dilemma now. My file reached CIO on 7th may 2014. My NOC is 2173 . after I missed opportunity in 2013 I contacted a lawyer in Canada via my relative to arrange an LMO for me to apply in fsw. The LMo is still under processing, hrsdc has asked employer to give tax information. The employer and lawyer asked me if at all I have file number for FSW , since I just applied Iddon't have fine number yet. He says if we give file number then CIC will expedite our processing. But will NDVO also process my application faster if i inform that Ihave LMO and need to start my work asap. Is it really ppossible or getting LMO would not impact my processing. I am spending 10k CAD to get LMO so don't want to make a bad choice and waste money.
