I have a question, I received on tuesday may 6 a letter were they told me the confirmation of receiving my application on January 27, is that my AOR? and have they started to process my application? because my ECAS remain the same...please let me know if you know, thank you!!! ???

I forgot to mention the letter came from my visa office which is Mexico

Dear chdblr11,

Even I have done Medicals in Fortis Hospital Bnaglore. I did my medical test on March 29th and I was told that NDVO will receive medical documents on April 4th.

But till today there is no status change about Medicals received.

I've under went Medical test in Fortis Bangalore in first week of April and my results were reflected in 7 days.. Call to Fortis, they will reply over phone, status will update soon.. don't worry

Ann thats your AOR,it just means that your local VO has gotten your application, not that they have started working on it. Only when they have started working on it will your ecas status be updated.

Received passport request on May 8, 2014

A fourth line added in ECAS "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision". Such a big relief. Thank you all for all the support and congratulation to everyone who were moved to next step of the process and best wishes for the rest. The only one big thing left now for me is how to bring my passport from India to US along with my family. I never experienced this before and don't want to experience it again while looking at my 3 year old after 7-8 months (hopefully).

Guys finally my agonizing wait for passport after DM has ended today (08-May-2014). Got my pp and COPR. Visa stamped date is 05-May-2014...the same day i got missed call from NDVO...strange! Visa is valid till 15-feb-2015. Like i told u i got MR on 08-feb-2014 and pp on 08-may-2014. It took exactly 3 months from date of MR. So there is a trend. Anyways all the best to all of u. Thank u all for your prayers and info...without that i couldn't have made it.

will there be a problem if your marital status changes from SINGLE to MARRIED after submitting your application for FSW
and getting a Positive result in the process?
