you do not get an email if your packages it returned. If you email them they will tell you. Mine took 3 months. They use snail mail and depending on how your countrys' postal system is you will get the package. I think they sent it by ship for me LOL.

Dear Achievers99, My response is concerning your second question. UP TILL THIS DAY/HR THERE IS NO FINAL WORD OR STATEMENT FROM CIC THAT THERE WILL BE "NO FSWP2014" ANYWHERE. However, we all know that the 'plan' to start EOI in 2015 has been announced. Peoples comment and believe concerning no 2014FSWP is based on historical occourences and CICs lack of specific information about it.

The fact is 'No one surely knows except CIC'. I will however advise that you get prepared for it in case CIC so decide to receive applications after April 31 2014. Personally, when I missed out of 2011FSWP due to cap reached then I was fully prepared for 2012 but it was cancelled. I was eventually opportuned to apply in 2013. I suggest you get ready if FSWP2014 holds and worst case scenario if it doesn't, you will be in a better position to apply via EOI in 2015.
Again, No one is 100% sure that FSWP2014 will not be until CIC specifically says so.

Thank you.

Dear acahievers99, I hope you have your occupation still on the list and that you have sent your application? Cheers and wishing you all the best.

Ya I do but it took time to really stabilize my head. I was really afraid as I do not have any contact in Canada but I have some good ones in US and we buy stuff from some of them. Dolby is one of our vendors in Tata Sky. Naturally, all HD channels with any DTH or digital cable platform carries DD and hence DD provides equipment for Head-End and licensing on HD and recorder STBs. The link played.
Must say, I'm not on-rolls Dolby but as a consultant until the time they set up office in Canada; till that time I have to operate a small office from home.
Thanks for wishes mate. It gives me occasional shivers but I really do hope it goes fine.

I have a question about police clearance. I got FBI clearance from USA end of July 2013 when applying last year. That time I was living in US. I moved from US to India last September. Now I am applying for 2014 program. Do I need to get US clearance again or just India clearance?

thanks.

Any country you stayed more than 6 months require a PCC.

I understand that. My question is that I have US clearance from 29th July 2013 and I left US in September and have since been in India. Will that US clearance be acceptable? cic website says clearance no older than 3 months before application date.

thanks.

Ya, so if it's older, you need to take it again because PCCs are valid only for a few months.

Hey guys finally my pp is dispatched from NDVO today. It took 3 months from MR date. I got MR on 8th feb and ill get pp in hand tomorrow 8th may. So it takes 3 months from MR date for people who are waiting for a long time after DM. Another thing is it will never exceed 12 months processing time for entire application process. Thanks all for your support and prayers. Hope to see all of u in Canada. :)
