Hi,
When did your processing start... is it before the 2nd line added or after?

BG CHECK : 11TH FEB 2014.

oh... This means all applicants whose processing has started long back and haven't received MR....
Their files are out for BCG checks :-X
BTW... sam, what kind of bcg check was it... telephonic or site visit ?

ITS PERSONAL VISIT.....
UNFORTUNATELY I WAS NOT THERE...BUT MY COLLEAGUE HANDLED IT NICELY.
COLLEAGUE SAID THEY LOOK LIKE SATISFIED.
NOW WHAT..!!?!?!?!?

may be... they must have handed over our files to 3rd party people who undertake bcg check activity...
They must be having a long list of bcg checks to be completed...
lets take sam's case...
His processing started in dec. and got bcg check in feb.
Most probably he was in a queue for bcg conducted by NDVO/3rd party...

This is what i assume... The rest depends upon God & NDVO :-\

My ecasonline application status second line says 'Processing started on March 20, 2014'. I have not heard anything after that. Now my dilemma is my IELTS test score expires on June 1 of this year.
If I dont make it now, I need to give my IELTS again. So was just wondering should I apply for the test score additional result copy and send it for FSW 2014 before June 1.
Seniors, Kindly comment/guide.

As you have already got your PER before IELTS expiry... you dont need to submit a new one unless and until requested by VO.

Hi Friends

Upon landing, can one start working in Canada only with COPR???

And once i have applied my PR card and given an address for mailing the PR, can i fly back to India immediately, and leave the PR card to be collected and brought back to India by family/ friends?? Is it legal and safe ? Should i give any authorization letter to my friend to collect the PR card? Should i give any authorization letter to my family members to carry the PR card from Canada to India?? will they check? will it be a problem?

Will an immigration official question me if i re enter canada later with PR card, though i have earlier left Canada immediately after applying for PR and have not waited inside Canada to collect the PR?

Please help with solutions

You need social insurance number SIN before you can gain employment
Your plan would come of as unscrupulous, why would anyone go canadian pr if they still want to live in india
