On your Medical Request letter, the VO's address is mentioned on the bottom of the page. you have to send it there by courier.

you can't go and see your VO in person if you want to, it usually happens the other way around.

I have few more question regarding education.

1.- i am from india and after my higher secondary education (i.e 12th std.) i have completed diploma. After completing diploma i have completed bachelor's degree.
Now i think my case fits as per cic education point system which is "Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equalNote de bas de page 1 (at least one must be for a program of at least three years)" - 22 points.

2.- do i have to provide ECA for both the degree and diploma ?

I think, its for the highest degree which is at least for 3 years. Ideally, it'll be your Bachelor's degree.
But I have doubt, usually if one does a bachelor's degree after their Diploma they don't start from the 1st year isn't it. they jump to second year in the bachelor's degree. so i think, you need to send in your diploma docs as well, just as support docs. please get it confirmed with the seniors before you do it.

"Guys WES said that my MBA transcripts are not having the "Registrar" attestation to proceed further. So I have asked not to include my MBA credentials for ECA. This was because 'University of Madras' only attests documents under seal of 'attestation office' and nothing can be done about it.

Now on my application forms should i not mention about the MBA that is in progress. And only mention my Engineering UG.

I don't want my application to be returned because ECA for MBA that is mentioned in my application forms is not available.

Dear Experts ,

Please Help me in filling the following details in Generic Application form .

I am Presently in UAE , Sharjah with my family and have a residence visa ( similar to visa for all working expatriates in uae which expires after every 2 or 3 years) . Please let me know the following details .

1, Box 4 - Immigration office requested for processing in United Arab Emirate ?

2, Box 10 - Current Country of residence - UAE , but Status ? ( there is no option for specifying " Resident " as specified in our Visa , should we specify " Worker " - ( if worker then can only show present 3 years validity ) ; or as "Other " and in the Other box - as " Resident " with no date details )

3,Should we Mark by Pen " Not Applicable " in all the boxes which we are not filling ?

4, National Identity Document - Should we mention Emirates ID card Details or Indian ID card ( issued from Election commission of India ) or Specify as NO.

5, In Education / Occupation details for Children of 7 years of age - Current Occupation ? and Indented Occupation ? - Should we specify Not applicable or Studying ??

6, After Typing the From should we take print out in Laser jet or normal .

7, After printing should we enter any boxer which we left empty as " not applicable " using Pen?

8, Is there any rule for signing the documents only using Black ink pen ?

9,Elementary / Primary schooling from 1st to 10th or should we consider 2 years of KG done before also ?? .

10, Where should i Specify Visa Office and which one for UAE residents ?

My education history.

First, I have completed 3 year diploma.
Then I have completed 3 year degree. ( course duration was of 4 year but as i have completed diploma i was allowed to jump 1st year. )

Yes mr.hope i did not started from 1st year and started form 2nd year. But as per my university rule we had to clear 4 subjects from 1st year (2 subjects for 2 semester). So i do have mark-sheets for all 4 year.

I have sent WES only my degree documents ( transcripts + all mark-sheets + degree certificate ).

Now my transcripts shows that course duration was of 4 years. And i was student of university for 3 years.

How do i clarify this to WES people ? (They have not asked me yet, but in case if they do.)

More over if how do i show them that i was allowed to jump 1st year as i had a diploma. ( please suggest me which or any paper that proves this situation to both cic and wes. )

It seems that there is no many updates recently. I am not sure whether CPP is slow, or CPP applicants in the forum are not active. I am waiting for the third line to be added in my ECAS from the middle of Feb. I wonder if you have got the third line in your ECAS?

do you know if your application sent to CPP are re send to Mexico visa office???

I asked similar questions to WES and CIC. WES answered me that they wont advise on immigration matters or which degree or diploma to submit for ECA. CIC answered me saying that all the information is available in the FSW website.

I would suggest you to get as much degree/diplomas accredited as you can.
