My Application for 2013 FSWP was returned as it was received after the maximum of 300 complete FSW applications was reached. My Generic App Form has UCI handwritten in Red. Should I start to use the that UCI number if I decided to Reapply this year and answer YES in Sched A? Thanks in advance.

UCI is your having your complete details. So say "yes" and write UCI no.

Do not change any info. w.r to your old appl. All the best.

Can you please answer my question quickly?
I am going to post my application today.

For payment form,

They have asked for CC Number, Expiry date and CVV.
In my case, I have a master card. When i do transaction online, it requires MasterCard secure code for transaction.
They have not asked for such code.
Can any of you share your experience please? Is it ok to send only required information. Will they able to transact successfully without secure code?
Last year applicants please help....

First one simple que. as per your time line it looks App. Filed.......: 11-07-2013. Is that you are submitted again with 2014 FSW when your old 2013 appl in process?

Then, As we understand ccv no is must. Check with your cc provider whether online transaction from outside country is ok or any issue.

100% safe side, submit DD from india.

I would be applying under FSW 2014... everything is ok as per the experience Letters /Qualification/ IELETS SCORE etc...

Only Problem is that i came to know that apart from Experience letters we require reference letter with details of Job responsibility on the company letter which wont be possible as I have left those Jobs and they dont provide any of such certificates...

My experience letters have the designation and duration on them, will it be fine...PLS ADVISE

It seems that there is no many updates recently. I am not sure whether CPP is slow, or CPP applicants in the forum are not active. I am waiting for the third line to be added in my ECAS from the middle of Feb. I wonder if you have got the third line in your ECAS?

I did my medicals 2 weeks ago and the doctor sent the results a couple of days after...still no third line. should i raise a cse???

without Job description how will VO assess your abilities, that is must for last 10 years at least. contact to those organizations and try to get it. if one is missing u can tell them that company is not in good faith etc but all u can not ...

Now i am applying for a duplicate report and free electronic access for CIC. But along with that WES is automatically sending me a duplicate report and charging for it. I don't need a duplicate report. So is there a way to order report for only CIC and not for myself. or is it necessary to take a duplicate report while ordering for CIC?

Ensure you are ordering the FSW report, you may have to upgrade to FSW report, Check your WES account what type of report it is. If it is fsw report, CIC will be able to view it.

Thanks! But please clarify the 2nd statement. What info should I need not change? I must update some info as I have a new job.

I have follow up questions, I'm not planning to claim points for my new job - been here for 8-months only and they don't provide company letters with job descriptions. My previous experience will have enough points.

1.Is it okay if I'm going to submit my new company letter without the job duties? I'm not claiming points for the experience anyway I had a company letter with complete job description in my previous job, would this be enough? Also, do I need to write this current occupation in Schedule 3, Schedule 12b even though I'm not claiming for it and I don't have a company letter with job
description?

2. My other concern - my passport will expire on December2014 and my Wife's passport (dependent) on May 10, 2014. Renewal would take time and I'm afraid that my NOC will be filled very soon. I need advise if I should go ahead and submit my application despite the concerns in passports expiry dates?

Go Ahead and apply. I do not think that passport expiry date is part of the requirement at this stage. If you scale through the CIC, then you will have plenty time to renew your passport during the processing at your local VO.
