I am guessing it as a NO, as you never entered the full process for a Canadian permanent residency. But you can mention the UCI no, if you have it.

I have mentioned my UIC number and answered 6 d) question as Yes and wrote the reason stating "I have applied for Permanent Resident Visa under Federal skilled workers category of 2013 and my application was returned due to NOC 2147 Cap reached.".

Will my application get rejected due to this mistake......

As per my experience, which is I guess the latest CC Charge and PER here, they took 13 working days for CC Charge. Another 02 working days for PER. (April 18 & 21 were holidays).

So, by that yardstick, ur DD must have been encashed by now (today is 14th working day for ur app). I think DD encashment is not immediately visible to bank (more so in international clearing), so you are not getting immediate intimation for encashment.

But, I am pretty sure, you will receive the PER mail in a couple of days.

P.S. I (and all others) exactly know what you must be feeling right now, just hang on bro. And yes, the PER mail comes when u least expect it, its like that butterfly which keeps evading if you chase it, but if you do not give attention to it, it will quietly come and sit on your shoulder.

My Application was received by CIC on 11th April -2146 (79 filled in that NOC). Still no updates on my status.?
The money of $1250 is paid through HDFC Bank Demand draft though Novia Scotia Bank.?

Do you think I need to wait. I preassume my documentation was done well?

My application was also received at Nova Scotia on April 11 (cap in my NOC then was 86) till date even I have not receieved any news. Let us know when you get some news. Good luck.

I recently changed my company and not planning to keep experience certificate from this company.
However, i am providing offer letter, pay stubs etc., as proof of employment. My previous experience is in same category and is more than 6 years for which I am providing experience letter and all other required documents like offer letters, relieving letters, Form 16.

Do I need to provide any cover letter for not providing the experience letter from current company??

Can anyone provide me a format as to explain why experience letter is not provided.

I have been asked by LVO to pay RPRF but my Bank doesn't issue bank drafts or certified cheques in Canadian dollars. But one of my friend's bank offer this service. Can i ask my friend to get a Certified cheque from his bank account?
Secondly to issue a certified cheque bank ask for address of the receiver.

the above mentioned documents are fine for previous employment of 6 years ADD : JOB ROLES LETTER !!!

for your current employment, as you said you have offer letter and pay stubs, they are fine too. AGAIN, ADD JOB ROLES LETTER !!!
