I think there is mistake in spreadsheet at last entry of Mr. Aero_Aayush.
His CC/DD Charged on 24th April,2014 by CIO & Medical Request on 28th April, 2014.

Please correct it.

Dear All, I have received PP with Visa and COPR today. Thanks to this wonderful forum which had made this Journey memorable. In COPR Country of residence is incorrectly mentioned as USA for myself and spouse. Would it cause any trouble?

Seniors need your assistance about the question 6 d) of Schedule A (Background / Declaration) specially for people who applied for FSW 2013 and application was returned due to CAP filled.

The Question is
"Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever been refused an immigrant or permanent resident visa or application for Provincial Nominee program or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country ?"

Do we need to answer yes or No ?

I am planning to apply to FSW 2014 and My Visa Card used to pay the fees has a (3D Secure Feature), this feature is simply asking for a password when you try to buy anything form the internet using the visa card.

My question is: Will this feature prevent CIC form deducting the fees from my visa Card??

and If Yes what can I do with the bank??

Few applicants had problems with CC and were refused last time, Its always better to go with DD. only choose CC if you're 100 % sure.......

I am guessing it as a NO, as you never entered the full process for a Canadian permanent residency. But you can mention the UCI no, if you have it.
