Seniors please help me know did any one submit a supervisor notarized affidavit with roles & responsibilities mentioned, employment docs (offer letter, employment letter, confirmation letter, salary slips, tax docs, appraisal letter etc) and got through the PR.

You response is very appreciated, because i am in a confused situation where my HR denied providing the roles & responsibilities document....

so if choose to re enter canada using public transport, it is mentioned that i need a travel document with a one time entry permit to Canada.

So can i apply for this travel document from india or i shhould do it only upon landing in Canada?? How long will it take to get this one time entry travel document if i apply from Canada?? Or can i apply it from india though i have officially not landed in Canada as an immigrant yet??

Pls see the following quote from Leon for options on reentering Canada at the US/Canada border without a PR card

Yes. A person who is not visa exempt can enter Canada at the US/Canada border with a private/rental car or on foot without a PR card.

The COPR is enough to show Canada immigration that you are a new PR who hasn't gotten your PR card yet and they will let you enter.

sreeramp, I know someone who did this and got through, this is accepted. Attach all docs as advised by digitalsphere and anymore you feel will support your case. you can also attach the Supervisors/mgr's Business card.

This is too fast and quick process for you. My 2nd line ECAS also states application started on 9th April 2014. My visa office is London VO.

However I am still awaiting for MR. Did you get MR by email or post.

Hi, my application was received at Nova Scotia on April 11, 2014. I want to know how much time is it taking currently to get a PER? I have come across a few members in this forum who have applied in March-April and they have received their PER within a month. Is PER really being issued within a couple of weeks nowadays for all applicants?

It depends on the application (the number of person, career, the complexity of your application) as I guess, the time is variable between weeks or months. My package was come to CIO on Arpil 7th, however I did not see any change in my account. I see one guy his application came the same day with me, and his account was charged last Friday. Waiting.................
