Just a quick question... I've almost lost hope, but just received a request from the officer to send updated info. I've applied in June 2013, LVO. how long does it take to receive Medical request?? now my Ecas show we started processing your file in April 2014. tried to crack the code from the excel file but couldn't get any timeline. I'd appreciate any rough figures here.

Hi Seniors,

Planning to apply for the FSW 2014 need your valuable advice regarding the Roles and Responsibility document.
I am working with a MNC and my HR has sent an email denying to provide roles and responsibility document mentioning as per company policy.

Note : Have Last 3 Months Payslips, Last 3 Years Form16's and Employment Certificate handy to submit..

Please help me know any alternative way to prove Roles and Responsibility with CIC which worked for you and also got the PR.

Your quick assistance on this is much appreciated...

I have a quick question. As you all know that CIC had updated schedule 3 form last year after opening the 2013FSW program (on May 4) and then they have rejected the applications those had old forms. However, in your knowledge was there anybody who actually sent the old form first to get into the queue then sent just the updated form and got accepted?

LVO has recently processing applications, the people from MAY who went to interview have received MRs ...
When did you apply? could you please share your time line, etc. so it can be added to the spreadsheet?

Hopefully you will receive your soon, what documents are they asking for?

I would suggest you to not to take any chance with forms, always send updated forms.

Pls wait till 1st May CIC working hours and then download all forms.

Before sending your application to courier, check if all the forms are updated ones.

HR will deny...that is expected....

However you will have to talk to them personally....negotiate....show them the official CIC requirement regarding the reference letter...and if need be talk to the next higher up manager..... sometimes HR may deny to issue the letter however remember your manager can issue the required letter on company letterhead....

I received the same response from the HR of a previous employer, I worked with 9 years ago...but when I talked to them over phone and explained my circumstances, they did issue me the required reference letter.

If nothing works out,

1. make a solemn declaration / notary why u are unable to get the reference letter.....explain in detail..what were your duties and responsibilities,
if possible get your manager to vouch for it in the declaration
2. attach your request to the HR and their denial email...
3. attach all ur employment docs (offer letter, employment letter, confirmation letter, salary slips, tax docs, appraisal letter etc)

Looks like my timeline is exactly like you... They requested personal and family info to be updated and thats it. I had to confirm that my current Job is the same one as filed.

Hi LVO forumites,
I have had my interview since 17 March. After, the interview, the visa officer said he will need to review all my documents along with new ones I took to the interview and get back me in few weeks. Its seven weeks now, no medical request, no reply in any form.

Is anyone with similar experience?
